Bending stiffness added to calculation sheet combi-wall

In the calculation sheet for combined walls a cell has been added to show the bending stiffness EI of the combi-wall.

The bending stiffness EI is de product of the modulus of elasticity E and the equivalent moment of inertia I of the combined wall.
