Super Crush Piler pulls double Z piles in Liège9th January 2006Arcelor Projects N.V. is exclusive dealer for Giken Silent Piler in Belgium. Today, a Giken Super Crush Piler SCZ 675 WM was used for the first time in Belgium. The Piler was hired out for the vibration-free pulling of double AZ sheet piles at Liège's railway station. With an extraction force of up to 160 tons, the SCZ 675 WM effortlessly carried out the job.  Giken's SCZ 675 WM is the only Silent Piler which can press-in or extract double sheet piles. In order to press-in sheet piles in difficult soils, the machine can be equiped with a Piler Jet System for high pressure water jetting or a Super Crush System for augering during the pressing-in. The SCZ 675 WM can be used for the hydraulic pile jacking of all double AZ sections smaller than 1400 mm.
