Discontinuation of AZ 13 and AZ 39-700 series

Because of the development of the new sheet pile series AZ 13-700R and AZ 38-700N, the
AZ 13 and AZ 39-700 series will be discontinued. These profiles can't be ordered anymore. They are removed from the table of AZ profiles.
